About
Reducing healthcare workplace injuries – that is what StaminaLift is about. Moving patients in beds and stretchers, and staff manually moving heavy objects, contributes to the annual $20B cost to the global healthcare community at large. StaminaLift is recognised for developing ways to safely and securely connect to nearly any globally available bed or stretcher and easily transport patients from one area of the hospital to another.
Design Challenge
To accommodate the many different designs and models of Beds and stretchers in the Healthcare Industry whilst being aware of maneuverability in confined areas and elevators.
Design Solution
To make it compatible with the majority of beds and stretchers on the market. As many beds have different features of cowlings and brake and steering levers.
Design Impact
One Bed Mover can now accommodate 98% of the various makes and models of beds and stretchers on the international market. Whilst reducing workplace injury, it also removes the need to have various models of bed movers on site.

The result of extensive research, development and field testing, our new StaminaLift TS6000 Bariatric Bed Mover has been specifically designed to overcome the need to use 4-6 people to safely perform a bariatric bed shift. (where long corridors and/or ramps are involved). The TS6000 Bed Mover is a new generation of the immensely popular TS5000. Utilizing our unique patented jaw attachment system, the TS6000 will accommodate the large and heavy bariatric ward beds easily, and safely assist with the shifting of bariatric ward beds with a single operator to within any accessible part of the hospital. It is the most robust and heavy-duty hospital bed mover on the market. Additionally, the TS6000 use is not restricted to just a bariatric bed mover, as it effortlessly overcomes the problematic shifts of specialist Sand Beds and Water Floatation beds.
